1. Quick Inspection & Returns

Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt. If you find shipping damage, received the wrong item, or discover a defect, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of purchase.

2. Limited Warranty Terms

If a product fails due to a material or workmanship defect after the return period, you may be eligible for warranty service under the following terms:

3. Warranty Exceptions

  • Expired Warranty: Warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date. Claims made after the period ends are invalid.
  • Improper Maintenance or Misuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or poor maintenance.
  • External Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning) or other force majeure events.

4. Important Notes

  • Once a refund is issued for a product, our warranty obligations are considered fully satisfied.
  • Even if the product is not required to be returned, you should cease using it immediately.
  • G-PLUS is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use.
