Do I need a console lid cover or a complete replacement lid?

If only the upholstery is worn or peeling and the lid underneath is intact, a replacement cover may be sufficient. If the lid structure, hinge mounts or padding are damaged, a cover alone will not repair them. Check whether the listing supplies upholstery only, a protective cover or a replacement lid, as these are different products.

Can a replacement latch fix a console lid that will not stay closed?

It may, if the latch itself is broken. Before ordering, check the catch it engages with, the hinge alignment and the lid’s mounting points. A new latch will not correct a cracked mounting base or a misaligned lid. Compare the original latch’s shape, screw locations and listed part number before choosing a replacement.

Are console cup holders, pads and trim covers interchangeable?

No. A cup holder replaces the holder component, a pad lines an existing recess, and a trim cover changes or restores the surrounding finish. Pads and trim covers will not repair a broken holder or mounting base. Check the product photos and package contents, and confirm whether the original cup holder must remain in place.
